Madlax

These are from a rather odd settei. Some of the sheets are nicely colored (drawings of guys & guns), but the ladies are all black and white.
The spelling of characters' names in Madlax is sometimes peculiar; I've picked the ones that seemed best.
As for the series - many people who like Noir hate Madlax, for reasons that aren't clear to me. I watched Noir first, and I like them both. So there are similarities - big deal. You would be hard put to find a new anime series that isn't anything like any other one. Anyhow, I liked both the characters and the story of Madlax. The only thing I have against Madlax is that it is all CG!
